The user only has to walk the hose back to the reel and the ratchet mechanism means that the hose only rewinds when you want it to. A safety lock affords additional protection against accidental rewind. The reel is wall-mounted and swivels through 180° to allow the hose to be pulled out in any direction from the wall.
